Ticketmaster runs an official Ella Langley Fan Club Presale before most of her headline shows (the fall-extension on-sales ran it at noon CT). The "fan club" behind it is not a paid membership -- it's her free official channels:

- Her socials -- announcements post there first, but codes come by email/text
That's it. If a site wants money for "fan club membership," close the tab. (Third-party code aggregators exist, but the codes they resell are the same ones the mailing list sends free.)
For the Dandelion Tour dates this year the pattern has been: announcement, then Fan Club Presale (typically starting 10 AM-12 PM local a few days ahead), then venue/radio presales, then the public on-sale Friday. Sold-out shows -- like Cary and North Charleston this month -- often never make it to public sale in good sections, which is exactly why the free presale signup matters.
