'Choosin' Texas' is about a woman realizing the man she loves is about to leave her for a Texas woman: she thought he was falling for her and Tennessee, but every sign (down to his love of 'Amarillo by Morning') says his heart always belonged to Texas. Written with Miranda Lambert, Luke Dick and Joybeth Taylor, it became her first Hot 100 #1.

'Be Her' is Ella Langley describing the woman she wants to become: grounded in her faith, comfortable in her own skin, living a simpler, more honest life. It is a self-worth song about the gap between who she is and who she is trying to be. She wrote it with Jordan Schmidt, HARDY and Smith Ahnquist.

'Loving Life Again' is about coming back from depression. Langley has said it was inspired by her mental-health struggles in 2025, when she canceled shows and went home to her parents; the title is what she told ERNEST when he asked how she was doing after she came back.

'Dandelion' is Ella Langley comparing herself to the flower: often dismissed as a weed and overlooked, but able to survive harsh conditions. It is about her free spirit, resilience and country roots, and a warning to a would-be lover that she does things her own way. It is the title track of her 2026 album.

A duet with Morgan Wallen about a dysfunctional relationship two people are too worn out to keep and too attached to leave. Released April 24, 2026 on the Dandelion reissue; it reached #1 on Billboard Country Airplay.

'Butterfly Season' uses a butterfly's metamorphosis as a metaphor for personal growth: choosing to leave an older version of yourself behind, even when you can't see how it turns out. It is a hopeful duet with Miranda Lambert from Dandelion, written by Langley, Lambert, Luke Dick and Joybeth Taylor.

'Bottom of Your Boots' asks a partner to prove it: if he really loves her, she wants all of it, from the bottom of his boots to the top of his hat. The title came from a pep talk from her father.

A spoken-word duet: lonely at a bar at 22, she spots a dancing cowboy, hands him a beer and tells him he looks like he loves her; Riley Green answers from his side. It hit #1 on Billboard Country Airplay and went 4x Platinum.

A warning to future boyfriends: she is a rolling stone, as restless as the wind. Inspired by drives through Wyoming, it peaked at #18 on the Hot 100 and #2 on Billboard Country Airplay.

'nicotine' compares a person to a habit you cannot quit. It came out in March 2024 as a promotional single ahead of her debut album Hungover.

'Paint the Town Blue' flips 'paint the town red': instead of a night out celebrating, she heads to the bar to drink away a breakup while pretending it doesn't hurt. It is a heartbreak song dressed up as a party song, written with Rhett Akins, Will Bundy and Travis Wood.

Riley Green's song featuring Ella Langley: a man drinking to forget an ex who secretly wants her back, and her answer that she doesn't mind if he does. It hit #1 on Billboard Country Airplay.

It sounds like a love song until the bridge, when the guitars turn heavy and she reveals he cheated on her with her friend. 'Never met anyone like you' turns out to be an insult. Written with HARDY, who features.
