Does Ella Langley Do Meet and Greets? What VIP Actually Gets You (2026)

Short answer: no. As of July 2026, no Ella Langley VIP package on the Dandelion Tour includes a meet and greet with Ella.

We want to be blunt about that, because the packages are expensive and two of the things inside them sound exactly like meeting her when they aren't. If you're about to spend real money hoping to shake her hand, read this first.

What the official listing actually says

The top tier is called the VIP Ultimate Ella Langley Experience. On the official AXS listing for the tour, the package description ends with a line in capital letters:

"PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO ARTIST INVOLVEMENT WITH THIS PACKAGE."

That's not our interpretation. That's the package's own fine print, on the official ticketing page.

The two things that sound like meeting her, and aren't

This is the part that catches people out.

"On Stage Photo Opportunity." You get a photo on the stage. Ella is not in it. It's the stage, before or after the show, without the artist.

"A commemorative VIP laminate signed by Ella." The laminate is pre-signed. It arrives already autographed. She is not signing it in front of you, and you are not meeting her to receive it.

Both are real things you're really getting. Neither is contact with the artist.

So what IS in the VIP Ultimate package?

From the official listing, the top tier includes:

• One premium reserved or GA ticket
• A behind-the-scenes tour
• The on-stage photo opportunity (no artist)
• Access to the Dandelion Lounge Experience — cash bar, photo ops, games
• Tour-branded photo opportunities
• One exclusive Ella Langley merch pack
• One commemorative VIP laminate, pre-signed
• Pre-show merch shopping with no crowd
• A designated VIP entrance
• An on-site VIP host

Packages are administered by 237 Global.

Is that worth it? Honestly — it depends what you wanted. If you wanted early merch access, a lounge, a private entrance and a good story, it's a genuinely nice night and the crowd-free merch alone saves you a long line. If you wanted to meet Ella, it does not do that, and no amount of money on this tour currently does.

The stuff nobody tells you until it matters

Availability changes by date. Ticketmaster ticketed a large chunk of the Dandelion Tour, but not all of it — some dates (Lubbock, for one) run through AXS via Peachtree Entertainment instead. Package availability and the offer window differ by date, and the VIP details page sometimes doesn't appear at all once packages sell out.

Offer windows close early. The AXS window for the Lubbock date opened in June and closes in early October — well before the show itself.

They're locked to you. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, and every element is void if you resell them. Name changes are at 237 Global's discretion. This is not a ticket you can flip.

Instructions come late. VIP instructions get emailed no later than three days before the show — not when you buy. If you're travelling, plan around not knowing the details until that week.

Everything is subject to change by the event organizer, and age restrictions vary by venue.

What we'd actually do

If meeting Ella is the goal, VIP is not the route, and we'd rather tell you that than take the affiliate commission on a package that won't do what you're hoping. Artists at this stage of a tour do occasionally do radio meet-and-greets, contest wins and label events — those are the realistic paths, and none of them run through the ticket page.
