Ella Langley Newark Setlist & Recap: Prudential Center Was Sold Out and Loud

The moments

The stretch everybody replays is the run into "you look like you love me." It's been the loudest crowd moment at every stop on this tour, and Newark was no exception — a full arena taking the second verse off her hands. "Choosin' Texas" to close was the other one; watching a room this size sing a song that spent all year at No. 1 back at her is the kind of thing that still doesn't feel normal for an artist this early in the headline chapter.

And credit to the openers. Gabriella Rose has been on this run long enough that she's got her own pockets of fans singing along now, and Muscadine Bloodline — the Alabama duo covering the direct-support slot while ERNEST is off — is exactly the kind of easy, rowdy set that gets a country crowd ready without stepping on the headliner.
