ABOUT THE SONG
What does 'Loving Life Again' mean? It is a recovery song. Langley explained on stage in Chattanooga that it came from the mental-health struggles that followed her early success, including the stretch in 2025 when she canceled shows and went home to her parents to recover.
ERNEST, whom she had confided in, asked how she was doing once she was back. Her answer, 'Well, looks like I'm back to loving life again', became the hook. They wrote the chorus together and finished the song a few days later with Devin Dawson. ERNEST also sings background vocals.
The first verse compares hard times to changing seasons and admits how easy it is to get stuck in a dark state of mind; by the chorus she has found peace in music and joy in her life again, with childhood memories (riding her quarter horse through the pines, her grandmother calling her inside) as the anchor. She debuted it live at the Ryman with ERNEST in November 2025, and it went to country radio July 13, 2026 as the fourth Dandelion single.
