Loving Life Again Is Officially Ella Langley's Next Single

We finally know what's following "Choosin' Texas" and "Be Her" at country radio, and Ella picked the one a lot of us were quietly hoping for. Per Holler and Whiskey Riff, "Loving Life Again" is headed to country radio as the fourth single from Dandelion.

If you've been to a show on this tour, you already know why this one matters. It's the quiet spot in the set — the song Ella wrote about climbing out of the stretch when she stepped back from the road to take care of her health, watching her dreams come true and feeling like an impostor in her own life anyway. She's talked openly about that season, and you can hear every bit of it in the song. It first showed up as a promotional release back in March before landing on the album in April, and fans have been treating it like a single ever since.

The choice says something, too. She could have gone with another swaggering hit — Dandelion has no shortage of them. Instead she's sending radio the most vulnerable song on the record, right as "Choosin' Texas" is still sitting at No. 1 on the Hot 100 (we covered that record-setting run when it rewrote the history books) and just after "Be Her" set the longest Country Airplay No. 1 run by a solo woman. This album has been one milestone after another — No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200, all 15 tracks on the Hot 100 in release week — and "Loving Life Again" is the song that explains what it all cost.

No word yet on an official impact date or where it'll debut on the charts as a proper single, but we'll be watching Country Airplay closely over the next few weeks.
